It's been a while

It has definitely been a while since we last wrote. All is well in the village and property prices seem to be holding steady and there is plenty of interest in rentals around the village. My buddy had a house for rent and he got 20 calls in two days and most of them were people moving to Charlotte from the Northeast. As long as that inflow continues our real estate market will do fine.
